Meeting Centre Activity Worker
Kate started her Alive journey as a volunteer at our BRI Hospital Garden sessions, having always worked in the voluntary sector in Bristol and youth services.
Passionate about the role of nature and garden for the wellbeing of others, she recently completed an RHS Practical Gardening Course and a Social & Therapeutic Horticulture course. Bringing her love of nature to our Meeting Centres, Kate encourages our members to connect with the outdoors: sewing seeds, making lavender bags, and enjoying home-grown herbs.
Away from her work with Alive, Kate loves music, art and theatre.
