Dementia Meeting Centre Activity Support Worker
The Role
Come and join our team! We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to be our Dementia Meeting Centre Activity Support Worker in Portishead and Bristol. You will run group activities and support individuals and their carers as part of a small team in friendly, local settings. You will be working three days a week, one day in each of the different locations, so you will need to be able to travel independently.
Experienced at running groups and working with older people and people living with dementia, you will have good people skills and a positive outlook, be organised and have a creative flair. But mostly you will be passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred dementia care and support.
