Simon was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2019, after a thirty year career in customer service, marketing and business consultancy. He has worked across a wide range of sectors and countries specialising in training, development, customer experience and behaviour change.
He is co-founder of The Flourish Project and is overseeing the development of their Legacy Lab, an Innovation Lab targeted at Elder Care, Dementia and Intergenerational settings.
He is currently Well-being Co-ordinator at Garden House Care Home, part of the St Monica Trust on the Downs in Bristol, where he supports over 100 residents to live their best lives, by providing opportunities for choice, connection and contribution.
As a long-standing customer of Alive, Simon is excited to bring his own lived experience to bear in helping the organisation to grow and flourish into the future.
