Innovation & Partnerships Manager
Salary: £32,000- £36,000 Per Annum based on experience
Hours: 0.6 FTE (3 days) – For the right candidate the hours could be amended
The Role
We have a new role at Alive, and are looking for someone who loves innovation and partnership, working to take us forward and continue our track record of creative and innovative delivery. We need someone who has ideas, is creative, perhaps has a background in the arts and is an experienced project manager. Well-connected and able to turn ideas into reality, you will have intergenerational experience and be passionate about ensuring that those vulnerable in our society have access to arts, culture and engagement. You will also be an excellent people manager and are able to lead with compassion and empathy, inspiring those you support.

We are looking for someone who can ideally work 3 days a week, but we would be interested in candidates who can work 2 or 4 days a week and will adapt the job accordingly.

Community Services Manager
Salary: £32,000- £36,000 Per Annum based on experience
Hours: 0.8 FTE (4 days) – For the right candidate the hours could be amended
The Role
We are seeking a talented individual to oversee and manage our Community Older Peoples’ Services. This will involve leading a team of committed and talented staff delivering our gardening and horticulture therapy services – such as our dementia-friendly allotments, community gardens, and hospital gardens – and our Dementia Meeting Centres. You will have experience of working in the health care sector, dementia in particular, and possess a passion for providing person-centred care and services for older people. A compassionate and empathetic leader, you will have strong people skills with experience in management and be able to inspire and motivate a team. You will be able to lead groups and deliver activity and be committed to improving the lives of older people.
