Impact & Evaluation Lead

Born and raised in Germany, Nadja spent the past decade travelling, working and studying across the globe before settling in Bristol.

She joined Alive in 2021 as Volunteer Coordinator, and has since worked as Community Facilitator for the intergenerational LGBTQ+ project ‘Letters to My Younger Self’ and Micro-curator for ‘Tabletop Travels’, before moving into her current role as Impact and Evaluation Lead.

Nadja has an academic background in Cultural Studies and Environmental Psychology.

Having worked as a Wellbeing Coordinator in a nursing home during COVID-19, she knows just how important meaningful engagement is, and has experienced the joy Alive’s activities can bring to everyone involved.

Outside of work, Nadja enjoys crafting, reading poetry and spending time among redwood trees. She is passionate about neurodiversity and disability rights.
