On the third Wednesday of the month Alive will be running sessions for carers at our North Bristol dementia-friendly allotment.
These sessions will be participant-led and will provide an opportunity for carers to connect, share their experiences, offer peer support and relax.
Gardening and green craft activities will be available for anyone who wishes to do them.
The space is fully accessible and there is a compost loo, shelter if the elements are against us and we will have tea, cake and biscuits available.

Note that in the booking form below, “Capacity” refers to the number of spaces taken vs the total number available. So 1/12 means one person is booked already out of a total number of 12 participants. If the session is fully booked, it will say 12/12. Put the your name under “Care Home” or leave it blank. We are updating our booking system soon.
