Unfortunately due to current COVID restrictions this group is suspended until further notice.

This service is for people living with dementia in the community and their carers. It is based at BCL-S (Bristol Community Links-South) centre in Knowle, an accessible centre with a large garden area.

This fortnightly group is led by a coordinator and volunteers, enabling participants to engage with nature through simple step by step gardening activities supported by visual instruction sheets and safe, suitable resources and tools.

We work at tables indoors looking out over the garden, or outdoors under the gazebo if the sun is shining. No previous gardening experience is needed and all ages and capabilities are welcome.

These drop-in sessions are free and all tools and resources are provided. There are accessible toilets and ample free parking.
